How to redeem
customer credits

Follow these steps when a customer wants to use their credits.

inbox, messages, or at numarket.co/wallet

Ring up the order in your PoS

Ring up the order as normal.

Scan the customer's QR code

Ask the customer if they have NuMarket credits to use. If yes, ask them to show their QR code and scan it with your phone or tablet.

💡 No QR code?
  • Go to numarket.co/credits
  • Enter your 4-digit business code
  • Search for customer by name or email

Enter the total and complete the transaction

Input the order total (before tax and tip). NuMarket will show you the exact discount amount to apply. Tap Complete Transaction.

Apply the discount in your PoS

Apply a discount in your PoS for the credit amount shown. Collect any remaining balance from the customer as usual.
